About Mike

Mike Bell is a photographer who lives in Perth in Scotland but travels widely in search of  memorable images. He has assisted Dimitri Vasileiou as co-tutor with his photographic tours company Inspiring Photography and is also available for private tuition in landscape photography technique.

Mike specialises in landscape, event and portrait photography and his clients have included Visit Scotland, Forestry Commission Scotland, Perth and Kinross Countryside Trust, Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust, Perth Civic trust, Blairgowrie and East Perthshire Tourist Association, Hilton Worldwide, Church of Scotland, Perth Symphony Orchestra, Cuillin Sound Wind Ensemble, Malvern Winds, the Scottish Intensive Care Society, St Johns Football Club and others.

He enjoys teaching and writing about photography, pens articles for Landscape Photography Magazine and his images have appeared in several magazines, web sites and as music CD covers. From 2017-2019 Mike was President of Perthshire Photographic Society. 

Mike’s wife Carolyn is also a keen photographer and has her own web site called Scenes for Sharing.
